I've led positioning, messaging, and content strategy at B2B SaaS companies for over 15 years — launching Heap Illuminate, building the Freshworks CX platform brand ahead of its IPO, and leading go-to-market for Cognizant's IoT and new ventures. Earlier, I was CIO at McGuire Real Estate (now Sotheby's) and worked on the webOS team at Palm before it was acquired by HP.
